Candle Care information

To ensure the best performance and longevity of your candle, please follow these care guidelines:

✨ First Burn Matters

When lighting your candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt completely across the surface to the edges of the jar. This helps prevent tunneling and promotes an even burn throughout the life of the candle. This process may take 2–3 hours.

✂️ Trim the Wick

Before each use, trim the wick to ¼ inch. This encourages a clean, even burn and helps prevent soot and excessive “mushrooming” of the wick.

🕯️ Keep Wax Free of Debris

Always keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches, and other debris to ensure a safe and clean burn.

🔥 Monitor the Flame

If your candle begins to smoke, flicker excessively, or the flame becomes too high, extinguish it immediately. Allow the candle to cool, trim the wick, and check for drafts before relighting.

⏳ Burn Time

Do not burn your candle for more than four hours at a time. This helps prevent overheating and preserves the quality and fragrance of your candle.

🛑 Know When to Stop

Discontinue use when approximately ¼ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.

🕯️Candle Size

Medium-sized candles (10–14 oz.) with a single wick are ideal for medium-sized spaces, such as bedrooms, home offices, and bathrooms.

👀 Burn Safely

Always keep a burning candle within sight and away from drafts, children, pets, curtains, and flammable objects.
